We limit installation to walls that are no higher than 10 feet to ensure the safety and efficiency of our installation process. It allows us to use the appropriate equipment and tools for a secure and precise setup.
After your product is ready, we'll reach out via WhatsApp to set a convenient appointment. Allowing up to 3 changes helps provide flexibility in scheduling, ensuring that customers can adjust their plans if needed without delaying the installation.
We encourage communication with your housing management (JMB) because they may have specific rules or regulations regarding installations in your area. If we know about these requirements, we can ensure the process is smooth and complies with local guidelines.
We only cover damage caused during the installation of Jiham products. Non-Jiham products are outside our control, and any potential issues are not covered under our installation warranty, so it’s essential to ensure the product is from Jiham for our coverage.
If additional holes are required beyond what’s necessary for the installation, we offer to drill extra holes for a small fee of RM15 per hole. This charge applies only to non-Jiham products, and payment must be made directly to the installer.
