Shipping policy

Are you excited to receive your order?

As soon as you complete your payment, get ready for a confirmation message that will let you know we've received it! We'll keep you updated on the progress of your order, and you can expect to receive it soon, depending on your delivery location:

  • Available designs: 10-20 working days
  • Custom designs: 15-40 working days

We know you can't wait to get your hands on your order, and we're just as excited to make it happen! As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep track of its progress.



We take installation seriously, and that's why we only offer our installation services for walls that don't exceed 10 feet in height. Once your product is ready, we'll get in touch with you via WhatsApp to set up an appointment that's convenient for you. And if you need to make any changes, no worries - we'll accommodate up to 3 appointment confirmations.

We believe in open communication and transparency, which is why we encourage you to get in touch with the management of your housing area (JMB) if necessary, and let us know if there's anything we can do to help. We're always happy to work together to make your experience the best it can be.

Please keep in mind that any installation that is not a Jiham product will not be covered by us if damage occurs. And if you need any additional drill holes outside of the product installation, we'll be happy to do it for you, for a small additional fee of RM5 per hole, which must be paid directly to the installer.

Do you prefer to pick up your order in person?

Get ready for a hassle-free shopping experience with our self-pickup service! As soon as your order is ready, we'll notify you through a message. We'll also give you a call or send an email to confirm the date and time of pickup, and to set an appointment with our friendly customer service team.

Before coming over to pick up your order, don't forget to give our Customer Service hotline a buzz at (+603 8928 9780) to double-check the appointment. We want to make sure you get your order on time, every time!

We'll provide you with a convenient location for pickup, and we'll even let you take orders for your friends and family. Just make sure to give us the details of the order and the name of the buyer beforehand. And don't worry, we'll always confirm with the buyer before handing over the order.

Our self-pickup service is available during working days from 9 AM to 12:30 PM & 2:15 PM to 5:45 PM. And to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase, we'll even provide you with a self-check before leaving our premises. So, you can shop with confidence!

Lastly, we'd love to hear from you! Please send us a picture of your order to help us improve our feedback. Remember, any damage that occurs outside of Jiham premises is not covered after self-pickup service, so please check your order before leaving.
